A couple of months ago, I photographed Suzy and Chris’ sweet Fall engagement session at the Ashford Estate in Allentown, NJ. The Ashford Estate is a beautiful wedding venue and was a dream location to photograph these two lovebirds. We had a cold and chilly day, but we made the best of it!
The leaves were still on the trees and we found every Fall leaf color possible on this day. We walked all over the estate searching for all the perfect spots for photography. We started underneath a tree and the second I pressed my shutter, I knew Suzy and Chris were going to be one of my favorite engagement sessions to date!
We eventually headed inside to escape the cold and I am so glad we did. The Estate has a gorgeous interior and we loved utilizing the library for photos. These two were so happy and in love and were just so easy to shoot!
After warming up, we braved the outside cold and found so many great spots to shoot in. One of my favorite spots was underneath a tree with red leaves. It was a perfect spot and I will certainly look for more red leaves next Fall!
Another amazing spot at the Ashford Estate for photography was this swing! Suzy is a child at heart and we had a blast taking photos on this swing!
I had a blast getting to know Suzy and Chris at their engagement session. I am shooting their wedding in August and I cannot wait to see them again! Based off this session, I am super excited to photograph them on their wedding day!
