Last Spring, I stumbled across a Living Social deal for horseback riding lessons at Free Spirit Farm in Freehold, NJ. Prior to finding this deal, I had been taking lessons elsewhere, but it was close to an hour each way and I wanted to find something more local.

From the moment I stepped onto the farm, I knew I was going to love it! There were so many horses and each and everyone of them seemed so happy. I was excited to jump into the arena and begin riding. Since then, I have fallen in love with Ghost, a middle aged horse who happens to be white! I have always loved white and gray horses, so was ecstatic to see that there were both at this farm.

My instructor, Lisa has been great to learn from, she is a wealth of knowledge and I feel as though I learn something new each lesson. Today, we even went on a long trail ride through the woods that was so fun and relaxing.

I plan on taking many more photos, especially now that I own the 70-200 lens! <3 Definitely a ton more on the way!
