Last December, I photographed Robyn and Anthony’s Park Savoy wedding. When I first met Robyn and Anthony last Spring, I knew their wedding would be fun and I was not disappointed.
I first met Robyn in the bridal suite of the Park Savoy, it was the perfect room for bridal prep and I loved photographing this group in it! Robyn had beautiful details and I loved her dramatic satin gown.
While I spent time with the gorgeous girls, my second shooter, Jen photographed the guys getting ready. These guys were a cool bunch and I love these cigar photos she captured!
Robyn and Anthony chose to be traditional on their day and opted to not see one another. Their very traditional Catholic mass at St. Lucy’s Church in Newark, NJ was in the one of the oldest and most dramatic churches I have ever shot in. I also loved the way these two looked at each other throughout the ceremony <3
Following the ceremony, I finally was able to meet their one year old son, Anthony! This kid stole the show and was the cutest little boy!
Once back at the Park Savoy, it was time for some fun bridal party and couple photos, the grounds of the Park Savoy are stunning and we did our best to use as many locations as possible for fun and romantic photos!
Their reception was one of the most fun of the year – I always say live bands put on the BEST receptions and their band put on an amazing show. My favorite part of the night is when the band got all their guests to surround them and they did a group sing along! I couldn’t stop laughing behind my lens!
But one of my favorite parts of a reception is when I get to take the couple outside for a night photo. The Park Savoy was decorated for Christmas and the lights wrapped around the trees were the perfect winter romantic back drop.
Thank you Robyn and Anthony for allowing me to capture your beautiful day! xoxox
