James & Kat’s Longwood Gardens Engagement Session

James & Kat’s Longwood Gardens Engagement Session was one for the books. I had SO much fun walking around Longwood Gardens with these two on a brisk Fall day last November getting to know them and laughing, plus they were just the sweetest couple!

Longwood Gardens is the perfect spot for an engagement session, their greenhouse is always changing and this year we had gorgeous colorful lanterns in many sections of the greenhouse.

These two seemed to have known one another forever before they finally began dating a few years ago, they even found out after a few months of dating that James attended Kat’s 5th birthday party from her family’s home video! And after seeing each other again post college, they began a romance after meeting again at a New Years Eve party.

Kat an oncology nurse and James an engineer were engaged nearly a year ago in Washington DC, where they both now reside at the Cherry Blossom Festival.
