Rachelle & Tim’s Avalon Yacht Club Wedding

I am so excited to share this beautiful Avalon Yacht Club wedding on this cold and snowy March day! Last October, I photographed Rachelle and Tim’s wedding and it was on a perfect Fall October day.

I started the day at a rental home in Avalon with Rachelle and her family. The ladies were having final touches on hair and makeup by Deneen Jensen and Associates while I photographed Rachelle’s details. The house they rented had the perfect amount of natural light and her details were so pretty! My favorite part of bride prep was the first look Rachelle shared with her father, I was an emotional mess photographing his reaction behind my camera!

Once time for the first look, my second shooter, Josh and I set Tim up on the beach and let Rachelle join him. It was a super sweet moment and I am always thankful when my couples brave the wind and sand for beach photos on their wedding day! 🙂

After formal photos on the beach, we arrived at Avalon Yacht club for their outdoor ceremony. The location at the Yacht Club for the ceremony was perfect, I loved photographing their sweet ceremony right next to the water.

During cocktail hour, they had a perfect sunset, I was so thankful we were able to grab Rachelle and Tim for a few more shots before the party began!

Rachelle and Tim’s reception was not only beautiful but so fun. I loved their centerpieces by Manic Botantic and especially loved their gorgeous cake from Bake Works. Once the dance floor was opened for the night, it stayed packed for the rest of the evening, but before the night ended, I did get to sneak outside for a few more night shots of our newly married couple.
