Susan Hennessey Photography Presents Best of 2019 Weddings!

I am so excited to share my Best of 2019 weddings blog post! This is the post I most look forward to sharing and my largest blog post of the year! In 2019, I photographed 33 weddings, won The Knot Best of Weddings 2020 (for the 6th year in a row!) and continued to watch my sweet son, Oliver grow and hit every milestone.

I photographed weddings all over the state of New Jersey and everywhere in between from Lancaster, PA to Rehoboth Beach, DE and all the way to Long Island. I photographed again at some of my favorite venues: The Bradford Estate, The Windrift Hotel, Scotland Run Golf Club, Park Chateau, Park Savoy, Collingswood Grand Ballroom, Jack’s Barn, The Palace at Somerset Park, Blue Heron Pines and The Hamilton Manor. Some of the new venues I photographed this year were: Bear Brook Valley, Indian Trail Club, Tomasello Winery, Waterworks, Mill Lakeside Manor, Union Trust, Windows on the Water at Frogbridge and The Barn at Silverstone.

My weddings were at the beach, in gorgeous ballrooms, stunning country clubs, in rustic barns and at beautiful vineyards. Every year I am so honored to photograph the most important day in my couple’s lives and the relationships I build with each and every one of them. This career is an honor and privilege!

This year, my weddings saw snow and record high temperatures, my couple’s danced on the clouds, one couple took me to Citizen’s Bank Park for portraits and we even sneaked away to a brewery for a pint of beer for another wedding! I absolutely love the adventures that weddings can take you on <3

I captured so much love and excitement between my couples and cannot wait to continue photographing more couples in 2020. I already have 22 weddings booked for 2020 and am so excited to share them beginning in February!
