Country House at Bluestone Wedding | Antonia & Greg
On October 12, 2024, I photographed Antonia and Greg’s Country House at Bluestone Wedding at Bluestone Country Club in Blue Bell, PA. Antonia & Greg had a modern and rustic wedding that was filled with fall vibes. They embraced the orange and gold Fall color palette with the invitations, florals, signage and the bridesmaids all wore different shades of orange. The day was filled with so much love and emotion – they wrote each other private vows that they read before the first look and there was not a dry eye in the bridal suite while Antonia got ready! Once they had their tearful first look, we used the stone grounds for portraits and we had the most flawless Fall day! Their ceremony was perfect, Antonia was walked down the aisle by her father and half way down, they met her step father and they both walked her the rest of the way. The officiant was Greg’s aunt and her ceremony was perfectly them! Once they said “I do” we used the rest of the grounds for a few more photos before these two partied the night away! Antonia and Greg first met in May 2013 when Greg’s high school, Holy Ghost Prep, hosted a college day where her school went to his for a day filled with informative sessions from different colleges. Each student received a schedule to follow that day, Antonia was in the Rowan University classroom waiting for the session to start when Greg and his friends walked into the classroom, her eyes were glued to Greg. She had no idea who he was but she needed to find out! Greg wasn’t even supposed to be in that classroom, as it was not on his schedule, he just followed his friends. After the sessions were over, Antonia told her friends about the really cute guy who walked into her classroom and that she needed to find out who he was. They immediately went to Facebook and started searching, Antonia found him and friended him. A few weeks later, she messaged him and received a very short response. A few months later, senior year started and he made a Facebook event for a “back to school house party” – he added her to that, she never ended up going but his number was on the Facebook event so she ended up texting him. The rest is history!
Their first date was to the movies to see Captain Phillips in September of 2013 and they began dating on 9/29/2013. Antonia says she knew Greg was the one because they grew up together and experienced all of life’s changes together. They did everything together and are truly each others best friend.
Engaged on 07/01/2022, the proposal from Antonia: “Greg proposed at the Grand Canyon when we were on family vacation with his family. The proposal was romantic, we were both shaking while Greg was expressing his love for me and the life we built together.”
When Antonia and Greg weren’t planning their Country House at Bluestone wedding, they love to try new restaurants and travel. They also love spending time with their dogs, Chase and Chester. Now married, their dreams include traveling and having children. They cannot wait to raise a family in the home where Greg grew up, their children will be the 4th generation in their home. Their advice for couple’s currently planning their wedding is to enjoy the moment, set goals for planning so you aren’t rushing at the end and if someone offers to help, take them up on it. It takes a village!
