There is something magical about an April Wedding Renault Winery, and Madi and Nick’s day was the perfect reflection of that magic—filled with elegance, emotion, and the kind of love you can feel in every moment. Set at the stunning Renault Winery Resort, their wedding blended timeless romance with meaningful, deeply personal touches that made the entire day unforgettable.
Madi and Nick envisioned a day that felt both romantic and refined, and every detail came together beautifully. Their black-tie optional dress code elevated the celebration, while a soft color palette of lilac and champagne added the perfect hint of spring.
The reception took place in the winery’s Champagne Ballroom, where elegant décor, glowing candlelight, and soft florals created a dreamy, sophisticated atmosphere. It was the kind of setting that feels effortlessly luxurious while still warm and inviting.
Their outdoor courtyard ceremony was nothing short of heartfelt. Beneath the soft April sky, surrounded by family and friends, Madi and Nick exchanged vows that had everyone both laughing and in tears.
The ceremony was officiated by the groom’s uncle, making it even more personal, and the couple chose to read their own vows—adding an intimate and emotional layer that truly captured their relationship.

One of the most touching parts of this April Wedding Renault Winery was the way Madi and Nick honored her father.
After her father passed in December, the couple chose to be privately married beforehand so he could be part of their love story in such a meaningful way. On their wedding day, his presence was felt everywhere.
A reserved seat at the ceremony served as a quiet, powerful tribute, while a memorial table featured a video of Madi dancing with her dad during his time in hospice—a moment that brought so many to tears. It was a beautiful reminder that love continues, even in absence.
From the emotional ceremony to the elegant ballroom reception, Madi and Nick’s wedding was the perfect blend of joy and sentiment. Guests filled the dance floor, laughter echoed through the ballroom, and every moment felt intentional and full of heart.
Their day was more than just a wedding, it was a celebration of love, family, and the connections that shape our lives.
If you’re dreaming of a spring celebration, an April Wedding Renault Winery offers the perfect backdrop. With blooming vineyards, beautiful outdoor ceremony spaces, and timeless indoor ballrooms, it’s a venue that truly has it all.
Madi and Nick’s wedding is proof that when you combine a stunning location with meaningful details, you create a day that will be remembered forever.

Madi & Nick first met their freshman year of college at Elon University, in North Carolina. Their first “sit down” date was spring of senior year, at a pizza place on campus called Pandora’s Pies.
Madi knew that Nick was the one after about three months of long distance. She was in grad school in St. Louis and he was in law school in New Jersey. Long distance, while not ideal, felt so easy and she felt like it was going to be worth it in the long run.
Nick knew that Madi was the one during March of 2020. Madi was visiting him for spring break and the pandemic lockdown happened. Madi’s trip went from the scheduled five days to three weeks. They were quarantined in the house with his entire family, and it was really reassuring to see how well it went.

Engaged 07/07/2024, the proposal: “We were in Outerbanks, North Carolina for Fourth of July weekend where we had rented a house with a few friends. We spent our time on the beach, golfing, and eating some good food. Nick secretly planned for our last day that we go for a hike at Jockey’s Ridge State Park (by the way, Nick hates hiking unless it’s basically refrigerated outside). We began our hike and came to a private, yet open spot with sand dunes all around us. Nick got down on one knee and proposed. We then spent 7 hours in the car driving back to New Jersey, starting to plan our wedding the entire way.”
When Nick, a lawyer and Madi, a hospital social worker weren’t planning their April wedding at Renault Winery, they love to watch cooking shows together with their cats. They also like to cook together and go out to eat and try new food, they like to go to Flyers games and golf and they are always looking for a cool place to visit in either New Jersey, Philadelphia, or New York.

Now married, they plan to honeymoon in Italy later this year. They also want to travel across the rest of Europe and Asia and they hope is that in a couple of years they will have a house in South Jersey, and after that, two kids. They both grew up with close-knit families and their hope is to continue to bring their families closer, as Nick’s family is all in South Jersey and Madi’s family is in the Midwest.
Their advice to current couple is to remember to have fun. The planning process can be overwhelming, but remember the reason why you are getting married. You love one another and want to celebrate with your closest family and friends. Also, keep an open mind when planning. Sometimes you may surprise yourself with what you think you’ll like versus what you actually like. It also makes it easier to find compromise with your partner during the planning process.
