Jersey Shore Maternity Session at the End of Summer
There is something truly magical about a Jersey Shore maternity session, especially when it’s photographed at the end of summer. The softer crowds, warm tones, and golden evening light create the perfect backdrop for timeless maternity photos by the beach. This session was the perfect example of why the Jersey Shore is one of my favorite locations for maternity photography.
Whitney absolutely glowed throughout her session – the kind of natural, effortless beauty that only comes from the excitement of welcoming a new baby. The late summer light wrapped everything in a soft, dreamy glow, making every moment feel calm, intimate, and full of anticipation.

One of my favorite parts of maternity sessions is including older siblings, and this session did not disappoint. Whitney’s daughter, Aria, completely stole the show. From her sweet smiles to the way she proudly interacted with her mom, she brought so much personality and joy to the session.

Late summer is one of the most underrated times for Jersey Shore maternity photography. The sun sits lower in the sky, creating soft, flattering light that photographs beautifully on the beach. The tones are warm without being harsh, and the ocean breeze adds natural movement that brings images to life.
This session had some of the best light imaginable, allowing us to create images that feel timeless, natural, and full of emotion – exactly what maternity photography should be!
