Pen Ryn Mansion Wedding at Pen Ryn Estate | Trish & Ben

On August 17th, I photographed Trish and Ben’s Pen Ryn Mansion wedding at Pen Ryn Estate in Bensalem, PA! Their wedding day vision was elegance, complete with the colors dusty blue & white, and lots of hydrangeas. Trish and Ben decorated the mansion in the most beautiful details, they had gorgeous stationary and signage, meaningful details that included photos on the mantle for the bride’s late father, and elegant floral patterns throughout, from the maid of honor dresses to the napkins on the tables. Their beautiful Summer wedding included a bit of rain, but they were still able to get all their portraits and the ceremony outdoors! Trish and Ben met through the dating app, Hinge. They met for drinks for their first date at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company. Trish says she knew that Ben was the one when they both realized they had started to spend more time together than apart, and didn’t foresee having any fun new experiences without the other person.

Engaged on 06/10/2023, the proposal from Trish: “Ben proposed at our favorite place, Spring Lake, NJ in the town park. Spring Lake is a special place for both of us and we spend as many weekends there each summer as possible. We started the morning by going to our usual favorite coffee shop and then took a walk in the park to check out the art show going on that Saturday. Once we got close to where the photographer was secretly waiting Ben got down on one knee, and our forever began.”

When Trish, a registered nurse and Ben, a data analyst weren’t planning their Pen Ryn Mansion wedding, they love going to wineries, watching the Phillies, checking out new coffee shops and trying new recipes, like homemade pasta and grilled pizza. Now married, their dreams include having a happy and healthy family, complete with dogs, cats and children. Their advice for couples currently planning is take your time and enjoy the process.
