The Grove at Centerton Wedding | Pittsgrove, NJ | Michelle & Tom

A little over a week ago, I photographed Michelle and Tom’s The Grove at Centerton Wedding in Pittsgrove, NJ! The Grove at Centerton is a charming and rustic venue located in the woods of Parvin State Park. My couple had a color palette of blue and blush filled with farmhouse accents within their decor. I am so excited to share this Spring The Grove at Centerton wedding!

The Grove at Centerton Wedding | Pittsgrove, NJ | Michelle & Tom Michelle and Tom’s story began back in 2015 with the modern day Facebook reconnection.   Michelle was notified on Facebook that it was Tom’s birthday and without thinking, she wrote “Happy Birthday!” on his wall. Her comment was followed up by a “long time, no see” response from Tom which sparked a conversation and after going back and forth for a few hours, they decided to meet up for a drink later in the week.   They met the following Wednesday night at Landmark in Glassboro and spent multiple hours catching up and laughing. After that night, they decided to have an “official” first date on Friday and they have been together ever since.

Almost 5 years later, they have experienced everything from job changes, new degrees and having a place of their own and on Christmas Eve 2019, after spending the night with family and friends, Tom got down on one knee and finally popped the question!

Their The Grove at Centerton wedding began on site for Michelle and at Tom’s parents home for him. I loved photographing at the Grove at Centerton, the venue is filled with tons of natural light and has farmhouse accents throughout the venue. Michelle with the help of her mother thought of every detail from beautifully designed programs and invitations, to a custom ring box as well as beautiful signage throughout the venue. Once Michelle was ready, my couple had a traditional church ceremony at St Charles Borromeo RC Church in Sicklerville, NJ followed by a gorgeous bubble exit. Once we finished photographing Michelle and Tom’s immediate family, we drove back to their venue for couple and bridal party photos before my happy couple enjoyed cocktail hour. During speeches, quite a few tears were shed and before the sunset, we captured gorgeous golden hour photos! Their night ended with a lively dance floor!

They were most looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and couldn’t wait to celebrate with all of their favorite people. These two are currently on an amazing Hawaiian honeymoon! Thank you to Michelle and Tom for allowing me to capture your beautiful The Grove at Centerton Wedding!
