Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ Wedding | Fallon & Matthew

On September 6, 2024, I photographed Fallon and Matthew’s Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ wedding! Fallon and Matt’s Jersey Shore wedding had a beachy vibe with a color palette of white and light blue. They envisioned a day where they would spend it mingling with their guests and dancing the night away, they wanted everyone to have a wonderful time and they accomplished that! I am so excited to share their Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ wedding.

Fallon and Matthew had a chance meeting at Marist College in May of 2018 when both of their roommates were dating. They immediately hit it off and hung out all that night, they soon realized they wanted to stay connected even though Fallon was going to physical therapy school in New Jersey and Matthew was moving to Saint Louis for a job.

Their first date was in Philadelphia in August of 2018, Matthew flew from Saint Louis to spend the long weekend with Fallon. They spent the day exploring the city and then went to a small Italian restaurant for dinner. At that dinner, they fondly recall getting the worlds smallest meatballs for appetizers which Matthew still talks about to this day! Fallon brought him to New Jersey the next day where they explored the beach and met family and friends, then in Asbury Park while walking along the boardwalk Matthew asked Fallon to be his girlfriend and they celebrated their new relationship at the Asbury Park Biergarten.

Matthew claims to this day he knew Fallon was the one from the first time they met. Fallon knew a few months into their relationship when she saw how wonderful Matthew was with her sister and family at a wedding they attended together. She is very family oriented so this along with his other wonderful qualities such as his positivity, kindness and ability to make her laugh really made Fallon know.

Engaged on 7/3/2022 the proposal: Matthew and Fallon had a vacation planned with Fallon’s family in Cape May 4th of July weekend of 2022. On July 3rd it was slightly overcast so instead of a beach day Matthew had planned for everyone to go to the Cape May lighthouse. Fallon did not want to dress up or wear nice shoes because she knew there would be a lot of stairs for the lighthouse and wanted to be comfortable, even though Fallon’s sister did encourage her to do her hair and makeup – which Fallon ignored. At the top of the lighthouse, Matthew turned to Fallon and popped the question with her parents and sister there – she was so surprised and excited! It was so perfect, and Matthew was extra nervous and scared because he is actually terrified of heights!

When Fallon, a Physical Therapist and Matthew, a Software Engineer weren’t planning their Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ wedding, they love to travel, try new restaurants, go on coffee dates and to listen to live music. They do fantasy football together so they enjoy watching football on Sunday’s and cheering on their favorite teams. Fallon and Matthew are currently traveling every three months to a new city because Fallon is working as a travel physical therapist, so they will definitely continue to travel to new places now that they are married. Their dreams include having children someday, and having a home together that can host all their friends and family.

Their advice for couple’s currently planning their weddings is to focus on what is important to you and your fiancé, do not worry about anyone else’s opinions. And if it is in the budget, get a wedding planner! They were most looking forward to having all the people they love in one place to celebrate, and they couldn’t wait for cocktail hour and to dance to their favorite songs with their wonderful band, the Joe Baracata Band.
