South Jersey Newborn Photography – Baby Scarlett

I am so excited to share Baby Scarlett’s South Jersey Newborn Photography session! I first met Baby Scarlett’s mother and father when I photographed their engagement session in 2015 and I met up with them again in 2016 for their Icona Golden Inn wedding, which just so happened to be one of my favorites for 2016! Their wedding day was was filled with so much love, joy and happiness that I am so glad it has continued in their marriage! Gwyneth and Steve have become friends since then and I was so honored they asked me to capture the next exciting chapter in their lives.

When Gwyneth sent me her inspiration for Scarlett’s session, I knew my rustic wood backdrop would be perfect. She had wanted some wood touches and I love the way my baby pink wraps and head bands popped against the wood. Mom and Dad also wanted a photograph of Scarlett and their beloved pup, Max. He was so good and so calm next to Scarlett, he did a great job of sitting for one photo while also being gentle next to his little sister!

I also incorporated some red into the shoot as a nod to Scarlett’s name. Baby Scarlett was absolutely perfect for her South Jersey Newborn photography session, she slept like a little champ and even flashed us a couple of smiles throughout the session.
